What happens after I apply for membership?
Once you fill in the application form and complete the payment, you automatically will receive a follow up e-mail. You can access online platform right away as well as attend the events for free. Once you send us all the needed information, your profile will be added to the website.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel you membership by simply sending an e-mail to email@example.com at least 5 days prior to renewal date and request a cancellation. There are no cancellation fees.
Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds.
How do I re-activate my membership?
EHF does not have cancellation fees, but we do have a re-activation fee of CAD$100 to discourage members cancelling and re-activating which may cause a lot of confusion in our community.
Do I need to register for the events as a member?
Yes, please register to all the events that you want to attend and cancel your registration if you are missing the event - we have limited spaces available.
Are ALL the events free for members?
Even though most of the events are absolutely free for the EHF members, some of the educational events (or workshops) might have a cost. We are working closely with many educators in the community and we offer our members the best price, whether that is free or discounted. However, if there is ever a fee, it will be stated very clearly, otherwise assume it's free.
