Being self-employed is one of the most rewarding feelings - the freedom, the flexibility, the ability to do what you love. However, there is another side of entrepreneurship that we don’t talk about as often - the mental ups and downs.

During EHF’s 6th Monthly Networking Event we will focus on the roles that mental and emotional health play in your business.

EHF Vancouver is very excited to welcome an amazing speaker Ashley Wiles who is Global Tween Expert, Life Coach, 2xIron (wo)man, Ironman 70.3 World Championship competitor, and Mental Health Advocate!

Ashley is the founder of Sole Girls, an International movement for girls to build their confidence, connect with mentors and combine that with a love for physical activity. Sole Girls has empowered over 1000 girls in the past 4 years and Ashley was named top 5 motivators in Canada by Impact Magazine and recently the Most Inspiring Coach in North America by Brooks Running.

During the evening we will explore different ways to get through the tough times of entrepreneurship - the internal as well as external struggles, we will discuss various practices of staying motivated, focused and productive, and we will connect with like-minded entrepreneurs who are going through the similar experiences as us.

You can learn more about Ashley and connect with her further here:  |  Running Saved my life... TedX | |
